“Fossils” (French: Fossiles) is the twelfth movement of “The Carnival of the Animals” (French: Le carnaval des animaux), composed by the French composer, pianist, and organist Camille Saint-Saëns. It incorporates melodies from his own composition “Danse Macabre” and French folk songs. (Yuto Yamada)
