Hiroki Tanaka

Born in Fukushima Prefecture. Graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. Received the Espoir Award in the ensemble category at the 12th Osaka International Music Competition. Primarily active in classical music, not only as a soloist but also as a member of various ensembles. Has performed in numerous prestigious events and concerts, including "La Folle Journée TOKYO (formerly La Folle Journée au Japon)," one of Japan's largest classical music events, and "Rainbow 21 Suntory Hall Debut Concert." Annually holds highly successful recitals in his hometown of Koriyama City, Fukushima. Additionally, not limiting himself to a single genre, he performs as a member of "Akihabara-ku-ritsu Suisōgaku-dan!" at major subculture events such as "Nico Nico Tokaigi" and "Nico Nico Chokaigi." While active as a performer, he also works diligently as an arranger, primarily focusing on expanding the repertoire for saxophone ensembles. In particular, as an arranger for "Lumière Saxophone Ensemble," he has published numerous works for saxophone octet.
In addition to his activities as a performer and arranger, he also produces music for weddings and parties, offering acclaimed plans that prioritize live performance.
He studied saxophone under Kenji Watanabe, Kazuo Tomioka, and Takumi Kainuma. He studied chamber music under Yoshiyuki Hattori and Masato Ikegami.
