Pavane [Saxophone Quintet]
This work, "Masks and Bergamasques" Op. 112, is incidental music and an orchestral suite based on it, commissioned by Prince Albert I of Monaco and composed in 1919.
I chose and arranged the most famous piece, "Pavane," from the 8-movement suite.
In addition to the orchestral version, this work also has a piano arrangement and is sung as a popular solo vocal piece.
