"HERO" -Main Title- [Saxophone Quintet (or Quartet)]

"HERO" -Main Title- is a work by Takayuki Hattori, widely known as the opening theme for the 2001 television drama "HERO." This piece of music strongly imprinted the world of the drama on viewers as its symbol.
This arrangement reconstructs the original piece for a saxophone quintet. To express the richness and driving force of the original piece within a limited ensemble, each part requires a high degree of independence and precise ensemble playing. While it demands advanced technical skill and concentration to perform, it is a work that produces a vibrant and vivid sound.
The 2nd Alto Saxophone is optional, allowing for performance as a quartet.
